Del Porte’s most recent work has been influenced by his time as Artist in Residence in two residencies in France. The unique light and atmosphere of France along with the long history of being a center for art experimentation has brought a new sense of power and drama to his already unique color palette.

Thomas Del Porte is a Delaware artist and teacher of painting and drawing. Rich with artistic traditions, Del Porte’s work has been described as painting adjectives. His compositions transport you into a world of color, light, line and unique space. Del Porte’s award winning work can be found in private collections in the United States and Europe. He is an active participant in the gallery scene in New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware. His studio is located in Wilmington Delaware at Two Pears Studio.
